**Your new role:**
Warner Bros Discovery is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment to join our Media Strategy & Performance Marketing team.
As a Specialist in the role, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Your expertise in media strategy, performance analytics, and audience engagement will directly contribute to the success of our paid media investments across various touchpoints, both digital and traditional.
**Your role accountabilities:**
+ Act as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders, media agencies, and external partners to develop, manage, and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across various channels.
+ Support media agencies and channel leads in planning and executing campaigns across digital platforms (Search, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, Native, Audio, CTV, Affiliates) and traditional media (OOH, TV, etc.).
+ Oversee buy authorizations, tracking reports, budget allocations, pacing, and performance monitoring to ensure campaigns run efficiently.
+ Collaborate with Creative Services & Marketing teams to request, test, and optimize creative assets based on media performance insights.
+ Continuously analyze and interpret media performance data, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns for incrementality, efficiency, and ROI.
+ Implement A/B testing frameworks and support experimentation to drive incremental improvements across all key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Monitor, analyze, and generate reports on campaign performance in real-time across multiple platforms, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
+ Identify and implement new audience segments and campaign optimizations to enhance targeting precision and conversion rates.
+ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth through paid media efforts.
+ Optimize direct-response marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to maximize conversion rates and incrementality metrics
+ Develop post-campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders, ensuring key learnings are shared across teams.
+ Partner with Analytics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to measure the incremental impact of media investments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Stay up to date with emerging trends, platforms, and innovations in the paid media landscape to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
**The Essentials**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ Fluency in English
+ Experience in digital and traditional paid media marketing, preferably within the entertainment, streaming, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) space.
+ Deep understanding of media planning, execution, and measurement frameworks, spanning traditional (TV, OOH) and digital (Search, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, CTV, Affiliates).
+ Hands-on experience with advertising platforms and data tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Comscore, Ibope, and analytics solutions like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker, Datorama.
+ Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on performance data to drive strategic recommendations.
+ Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate cross-functionally.
+ Experience in incrementality testing and media mix modeling.
+ Strong understanding of brand safety, ad fraud prevention, and audience segmentation.
