Senior Account Manager Enterprise Accounts

Location: Virtual

Travel: travel required, possibly up to 35%

Position Summary
As an increasingly important part of the NCR Atleos Business team, Senior Enterprise Account Managers are responsible for prospecting, closing, and growing large Enterprise Financial Institutions as customers of NCR Atleos. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as C-Level, Business, procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain and IT and has proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.


Roles and Responsibilities
· Develop a Enterprise Management plan
· Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
· Educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts
· Report on prospect onboarding pipeline and customer spend adoption
· Deliver to targets for customer account management
· Converse with senior customer stakeholders including C Level, EVP, SVP, VP & more
· Contribute to contracting activities for large, complex deals
· Develop long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer account
· Drive and accelerate spend adoption within assigned accounts
· Relay customer needs and requirements back to internal NCR Atleos teams including Product Management

· Drive periodic innovation aimed at improving customer satisfaction
· Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal NCR stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree
· 8+ years B2B large enterprise sales and/or account management experience
· Broad knowledge of Banking Technology and system integration and tender processes at large Enterprises
· Superior communication skills – both oral and written
· Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
· Decisive and ability to move with speed to implement ideas
· A passionate, self-starter, ready to take NCR Atleos Business’s customer experience to the next level
· Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment

· Ability to travel as required, may be up to 35%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree ideally in a technical, software engineering or business preferred
· Active listener and strong communicator
· Effective closer
· Strong ownership, "Bias for Action", and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
· Expert use of CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com), MS Office Suite, and other systems
