POSITION OBJECTIVE

Supervise, manage and coordinate the internal and external security personnel, in order to  guarantee the protection of the property and human lives.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise the security processes. 

Develop work instructions and plans. 

Coordinate the roles and responsibilities of the internal and external security areas. - Follow up with investigations. 

Provide support on emergency situations. 

Control and follow up of GPS for transportation. 

Identify, develop, implement and maintain security processes according to CTPAT, OEA and ISO requirements. 

Continuous improvement of the personnel. 

Talent development. 

Customer support. 

Follow BRP values and behaviors 

Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics. 

Enforce Quality BRP policy 

Ensure a good work environment by following up the Office vibe tool. 

SKILLS:
 

1. Access control 

4. Fire extinguisher handling

2. CCTV knowledge 

3. CTPAT knowledge

Experience:

Years of experience : 1  asset security.

Education:

Technical School

Language:

Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

English advanced (60%)

Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
