The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices and ensure the smooth operation of our contact center projects. This role involves guiding the team, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** + **Facilitate Scrum Events** : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. + **Remove Obstacles** : Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team’s progress. + **Coach the Team** : Mentor team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. + **Collaborate with Stakeholders** : Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication. + **Promote Continuous Improvement** : Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team. + **Monitor Performance** : Track and report on project progress using appropriate metrics and tools. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). + **Experience:** Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a contact center or similar environment. + **Certifications:** Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. + **Skills:** Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). **Preferred Qualifications** : + Experience with other Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban). + Knowledge of contact center operations and challenges. + Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
