This position requires a minimum of bachelor's degree in the field of Science or Engineering. The associate will conduct technical activities in R&D labs, R&D prototype equipment and process, and manufacturing areas, using knowledge acquired through academia and on the job training. In addition to carrying out hands-on tasks, the associate will collect and analyze technical intellectual information from publications and internet, conduct data analysis, and record/summarize technical activities in notebooks and technical reports. The associate must be able to work in a collaborative teamwork environment and has good communication skills.
