This position reports to the Antibody Production Manager and is part of the Production Operations Department located in Waltham, Massachusetts and will be full time on-site position.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Contribute to the full antibody production process with scientific expertise, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production continuity
+ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient workflows. Create and optimize templates and tools to streamline operational tasks.
+ Lead and mentor a team of production associates, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in antibody and/or protein development and manufacturing.
+ Proven experience in team or project management within a scientific or manufacturing environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to lift, move or carry containers up to 20 lbs
The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $92,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
