This role will support the LATAM Manufacturing, Move & Materials function with Reporting and Metrics in support of the organization. 2. The nature of the work is to monitor, complete and deliver accurate reports related to Supply Chain metrics. The role will also include responsibility to help improve the capability, efficiency and reliability of the key reports, tools and dashboards 3. Support future digitization and modernization of processes and apps for Operations. Your Impact As SC LATAM Reporting Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: • Execute periodical reports and dashboards required by the operations at the specific time frames required. • Complete daily/weekly scheduled tasks on time, resolve any discrepancies, share and escalate to other team members and/or communicate with business teams as necessary. • Follow up with tickets on our tools. • Monitor successful data updates and availability and work with other users for support. • Help improve the reliability of the key reports and tools • Partner strategically to support the digitization and modernization of reporting systems • Apply proper prioritization and leverage available support options (your expertise, experts, diagnostic tools, documentation, etc.) as necessary to ensure issue and enhancement requests are satisfactoriliy addressed. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of equivalent work experience in business systems,information technology, engineering or similar field required Experience • English fluency (intermediate) • 1+ years of Power BI & Excel experience • Advanced MS Excel skills • 1+ years of programming experience (VBA, Python, etc.) • Intermediate SQL skills (e.g., Joins, Group By, Select, Update, Delete) • Knowledge in SQL or Python or SAP • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with external data vendors • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively • Manage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc. • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
