Responsibilities The Opportunity: This role ensures the proper preparation of reports and dashboards for the environmental health and safety sector by providing technical solutions for data processing, validation, and quality control in order to deliver reliable and accurate information to EHS leaders. Its purpose is to support the EHS team in achieving its goal of having a work environment free of accidents and creating a prevention culture by using data for decision-making and empowering the team with information. Your Impact: As SC Fleet Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of • Responsible for maintaining and upgrading current EHS tools according to business needs • Continuity of the main “Drive Safe on the Go” project adding new updates according to business needs • Responsible for daily, weekly and period EHS reporting • Develop, support and manage EHS tools, reports and dashboards for PFNA market • Maintain existing suite tools, reports, apps and dashboards • Support analytical studies and manage communication with stakeholders to improve business decision-making • Create visualizations in Excel and/or PowerBI to ensure business communication • Develop and maintain applications for data collection • Participate with the team to define goals and scope of projects • Support Sr. EHS analyst to ensure correct project execution • Manage correct communication with stakeholders and team members to align scopes and goals • Maintain project documentation • Maintaining SLA’s performance and learning about all the roles of the team • Participate MCC continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Graduated from Engineering / Administration / Economics / Logistics or related Experience • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Office • Recently graduated or minimum experience in similar positions like Analytics, Consultory, logistics or process optimization. • Intermediate English (Conversational) • Desired knowledge in Programing (Python, R) and Database Management (SQL) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
