岗位职责：
系统部署与交付
负责智能运维平台（如监控告警、日志分析、根因定位、自动化修复等模块）的部署、配置和调试。
根据客户需求定制化解决方案，完成产品交付和验收。
技术支持与客户沟通
与客户技术团队紧密合作，梳理运维痛点，提供技术咨询和解决方案。
解答客户技术问题，处理交付过程中的突发问题，保障项目顺利推进。
智能运维方案设计
基于客户场景设计智能运维方案，包括异常检测、故障预测、容量规划等AI模型的落地应用。
整合大数据分析、机器学习算法与运维工具链，优化客户运维流程。
培训与知识传递
为客户提供智能运维工具的使用培训和技术文档编写。
传递AIOps最佳实践，帮助客户提升运维团队的技术能力。
持续优化与反馈
收集客户反馈，推动产品团队优化平台功能和性能。
跟踪智能运维效果（如MTTR降低、故障率下降等），输出交付案例及价值报告。
岗位要求：
基础技能
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业。
3年以上运维/交付经验，熟悉Linux系统、网络协议及常见运维工具（如Zabbix、Prometheus、ELK等）。
熟悉Shell/Python/Go等至少一门编程语言，能编写自动化脚本。
智能运维技术栈
了解AIOps技术体系，熟悉大数据处理（如Hadoop/Spark/Flink）和机器学习框架（如TensorFlow/PyTorch）。
有日志分析、指标监控、自动化运维（Ansible/Jenkins）等场景的实战经验。
熟悉容器化技术（Docker/K8s）及云平台（AWS/Azure/阿里云）。
项目经验
参与过智能运维相关项目，如故障根因分析、智能告警、自动化修复等。
具备从0到1交付复杂系统的经验，能独立处理技术难题。
软技能
优秀的沟通能力，能快速理解客户需求并转化为技术方案。
抗压能力强，适应短期出差或多项目并行。
具备文档撰写能力，输出清晰的技术方案和报告。
加分项
熟悉运维领域AI算法（如时序预测、异常检测、NLP日志分析）。
持有云厂商认证（如AWS DevOps）、K8s认证（CKA/CKAD）。
有开源项目贡献或技术博客输出经验。
