Job DescriptionPlace sales/sample orders to Bosch internal division wordwideMonitoring and negotiation for production progress in the English/German language with plants where samples are producedInform the negotiation result and collaborate with the sales department in Europe in German languageMonitoring the transportation from plants to warehouses of Bosch’s divisionConfirm sales/sample orders in the customer portal and maintain the internal master fileCommunicate closely with project managers for sample process trackingAttend conferences with stakeholders in order to get delivery information.

QualificationsGood knowledge with 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales / Sample Management or other related Supply chain management activitiesGood English and German language skills. German language skills should be B2 or aboveGood communication, structural thinking, and multitaskingTeamwork spirit, good time management, and coordination skillsAdvance excel and other MS office applications.BA in Economics/ languages but this is not the main selection criteriaExposure to SAP (ERP) is preferableHigh teamwork spirit
