You will report to the Director, Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities - What You'll Do:
You will maintain Salesforce, CPQ, integrations, and managed packages such as Lean Data and DocuSignYou will be the first contact to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues reported by users through a case systemYou will manage deployments of changes to the production environment of SalesforceYou will stay up to date with Salesforce releases and implement changesYou will identify and flag data errors with relevant teamsYou will help create UAT test cases, facilitate UAT sessions with team members, and document user feedbackYou will collaborate with Architecture, Operations and Data teams on projects and the implementation of new applicationsYou will work with third-party vendors and developers on system customization, including needs analysis, testing and QAYou will help create end-user enablement documentationYou will review APEX and Flow errors as they arise, and coordinate their resolutionYou will recommend new approaches to addressing process gapsYou will follow the Agile methodology to manage projects and work
The Essentials - You Will Have:
