Responsibilities The Opportunity The role of the Shopper Solutions Analyst has the objective of supporting the PepsiCo Canada Foods Field Sales Team by working with third party agency and managing vendors that supply PFC with merchandising equipment solutions. The analyst is expected to have strong communication skills with Sales and Marketing (PFC & Global teams) since they will be the first point of contact between the stakeholders regarding promotional equipment. The analyst will be required to address any Sales feedback or questions and provide solutions to support the overall PFC Business. Your Impact As Sales Support Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of • Create and modifying purchase orders. Alignment across different PepsiCo Foods Canada (PFC) departments. • Meet timelines and complete projects and related tasks. • Act as the direct point of contact for Field Sales relates to merchandising, both permanent and temporary equipment and partner with vendors to support the needs of the PFC sales teams. • Provide continuous and open communication with PFC stakeholders to learn, apply and improve SLAs. • Establish process to identify, track, resolve, and report results about vendor concerns. • Participate in fine tuning activities for continuous improvement of activities within scope. • Attend regular meetings with PFC Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Recent graduate from Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career (up to 2 years) Experience • 1 year of experience in Sales, Finance, Supplier Management or vendor experience/ Shopper Marketing Experience • Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel. • Advanced and proficient English and both written and oral communication. • Experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate. • PowerBI & Power Automate Desireable • Desired knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies. • Proficient on creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standard resources.
