Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Mission Statement: Responsible for sales of product/solution within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.Main Accountabilities: 1.\tVolumeSells product/solution to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.2.\tCustomer relations Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.3.\tNew market opportunities Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify sales opportunities and promote product/solution to customers. 4.\tAdministration Manages administrative procedures in sales processes , and supports collection and project management activities when needed.

Qualifications for the role

-\tBachelor or master degree (electrical automation major is preferred)-\tAt least 2 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow-\tStrong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity;-\tResult driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
