Who Are We?
The vision of Smart-commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partner by providing a suite of product offerings across the business's lifecycle. Smart Commerce has a suite of SaaS offerings : Smartbiz (website builder) enabling D2C brands to create and manage their webstore using this product, Smarthub (multichannel OMS) which enable sellers to fulfill orders on multiple marketplaces and DTC websites from one panel and Buy with Amazon (BWA) which is checkout product on D2C websites to aid conversion and reduce RTO.





Key job responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to own relationships with our D2C partners, drive adoption of our checkout solutions, and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and grow a portfolio of D2C brand accounts
• Drive product adoption and usage metrics across accounts
• Analyze checkout performance data to identify optimization opportunities
• Work closely with brands to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C ecosystem .
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
