The **Sales Representative** will be responsible for promoting and selling loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians. The role will play a crucial role in driving sales and building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clinicians. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal. + Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts. + Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory. + Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales. + Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians. + Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory. + Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided. + Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas. + Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material. + Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team. + Attend industry conferences and events to expand our network and promote products. + Travels domestically (ground/air) up to 60% \#LI-EU1 **Job Requirements:** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required, preferably in the medical device industry. + flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment. **Operating Company:** Orascoptic Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
