This role is to maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services, administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer functions (e.g., Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality).
Drive sales growth through effective product promotion, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
Serve as the main customer contact, ensuring timely resolution of issues and seamless communication across regions.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project milestones and align on business opportunities.
Execute strategic account plans, conduct market analysis, and monitor competitor activities to support long-term growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging, with technical expertise in areas like PI/PBO or photoresist.
Proven ability in managing key accounts and delivering value-driven customer solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and open to frequent domestic and international travel (up to 50%).
