Sales Promoter
**Meaningful Work From Day One** Responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within an assigned off-trade territory. This includes building relationships with key customers, executing brand-building activities, and ensuring effective product placement and visibility. This person will also analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. **What You Can Expect** ● Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets within assigned off-trade channels. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including store managers and decision-makers. ● Implement and evaluate promotional activities to drive brand visibility and product placement. ● Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal stock levels, effective merchandising, and strong brand presence. ● Collaborate with internal teams to execute category strategies and marketing initiatives. ● Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. ● Provide timely reporting and analysis on sales performance and key metrics. ● Conduct in-depth market analysis and identify growth opportunities within the off-trade channel. ● Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share and brand penetration. ● Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members or distributor representatives. ● Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns. ● Analyze sales data and provide insights to management to inform decision-making. **What You Bring to the Table** ●5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the off-trade channel within the beverage or FMCG industry. Experience managing a team of sales representatives is highly desirable. ●Deep understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices within the off-trade channel. ●Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. ●Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and market analysis tools. ●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and provide actionable insights. ●Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. ●Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. ●Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. **Who We Are** We believe great people build great brands.
