**Purpose of the Role**
The Sales Planning & Admin Executive is responsible for coordinating operational activities, managing key tools and templates, and ensuring data flows effectively to enable brilliant execution at the point of sale. This role works cross-functionally to support the successful implementation of commercial strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate operational activities across the area.
+ Ensure tools, data and execution requirements are available and up to date.
+ Maintain and update templates that enable daily operations.
+ Oversee the proper use of data capture tools and ensure timely analysis and reporting.
+ Generate ad-hoc reports to provide operational performance visibility.
+ Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with multifunctional teams to implement commercial strategies effectively.
**Qualifications and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, IT or related fields.
+ Experience in operations, trade marketing or commercial intelligence.
+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data mining, information processing and programming tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
+ Proficient in Excel, Power BI and data automation tools.
+ 70% English proficiency or higher.
+ Strong communication skills, structured thinking and strategic mindset.
+ SAP knowledge is a plus.
