Your role and responsibilitiesJoin our team as a Sales & Operations Planning Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving alignment across business functions, optimizing planning accuracy, and fostering continuous improvement. Main stakeholders are the Planning & Fulfillment units, Inventory Managers and Finance Controllers.The ideal candidate is located in Europe (e.g. Finland, Poland, Germany, etc.)You will be mainly accountable for:•\tS&OP/IBP Process Ownership; Serve as the Round Responsible, ensuring timely and well-coordinated planning cycles across Portfolio Performance Management, Regional Sales, Regional Operations, SCM, and Finance.•\tFacilitation & Alignment; Lead S&OP/IBP activities, supporting business functions through structured processes, data-driven decision-making, and seamless communication of plans to relevant teams.•\tTechnology & Automation; Oversee S&OP/IBP system administration, automate data loading using Snowflake datasets, minimize manual tasks, and maintain reporting accuracy to enhance operational efficiency.•\tTraining & Continuous Improvement; Drive process enhancements, coach users on tools and methodologies, implement best practices, and champion change management for improved planning accuracy and business performance.
Qualifications for the role\tMinimum 5 years of professional experience in a Sales & Operations Planning role is required. \tUniversity degree, ideally supply/value chain management, engineering, or business fields.\tGood proficiency of planning and inventory optimization tools and related SAP modules/functionalities as well as of OMS data and inventory/refill management.\tPassionate about planning/forecasting and drive to continuously improve planning processes and accuracy.\tGreat analytical skills, ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.\tExcellent multicultural collaboration skills with cultural awareness; capable to lead and engage people.\tVery good communication and presentation skills.\tProactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\tFluent English language skills.
