Sales Manager End User Southeast Europe
**The Sales Manager End User Southeast Europe** leads a dynamic, multi-country team in driving growth and delivering results across Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and the Adriatic. This leadership role is responsible for driving Emerson’s sales strategy within the Measurement Solutions business, ensuring high performance through effective mentor, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making! Develop talent, encourage customer trust, and make a regional impact! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead and develop the Instruments Sales team across SEE, including Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Adriatic; + Mentor and nurture a strong, customer-focused sales organization; attract top talent and foster a learning culture; + Coordinate business development, customer acquisition, and pipeline expansion efforts in alignment with strategic targets; + Manage channel partners and distributors in the region, ensuring alignment and performance against sales goals; + Drive execution of Value Creation Actions, including whitespace removal, demand creation, and strategic project pursuit; + Create and implement a robust business plan that aligns regional actions with Instruments Business Unit goals; + Lead strategic project selection and execution, ensuring Top25 projects receive appropriate resourcing and focus; + Partner with Sales Directors, KAMs, and Site Managers to ensure seamless coordination across customer engagements; + Use CRM and digital sales tools optimally, promoting a data-driven culture across the team; + Establish clear critical metrics, track performance using leading and lagging indicators, and conduct regular performance evaluations; + Support administrative compliance, including ethics, export control, quality standards, and internal programs; + Provide critical market insights and feedback to refine the region’s commercial strategy. **Who You Are:** You are a strategic problem solver and empowering leader who builds and motivates high-performing teams.
