About the roleWe are looking for a driven and experienced Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) to lead and manage our distributor network and a team of Sales Executives. The DSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, ensuring effective execution at the retail level, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in managing distributor networks and front-line sales teams
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
