YOUR TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively managing the B2B and B2C sales region (approximately 40-person dispersed sales team, overseeing the quality delivered by a third-party agency (approximately 140 third-party people)).Creating an inspiring work environment: sharing knowledge and experience and developing sales and managerial competencies in the team.Hybrid work - in the field for about 3 days a week (e.g., market checks, OTJ, audits), and in the regional office on other days.Analyzing the situation in the region, co-creating strategies, managing the budget to maximize the position of PMI brands in the region.Achieving the set sales plan in the region (distribution goals and goals related to the availability and visibility of PMI products and materials).
REQUIREMENTS You have experience working as a Sales Manager and in commercial departments in a large FMCG company that focuses on customer service quality.You are familiar with B2B and B2C sales specifics.You can analyze quantitative and qualitative data and make business decisions based on the analysis.You have proven success in executing sales strategies.You have several years of experience managing a large, dispersed sales team, and experience coordinating third-party work is a plus.You enjoy and want to work in the field at least 3 days a week.You have a category B driving license for at least 1 year.You are fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1 level).You have a higher education degree.You are ready to relocate within Poland and, in the future, to another country.
