Sales Manager

Key role responsibilities Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: + Act as a subject matter expert for nVent products, including their applications, supporting functions such as Business Development, Partnerships, and Sales within the Data Solutions domain. + Work with Sales Leader to create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. + Manage and expand business operations in Taiwan. + Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats. + Organize product training sessions for customers and partners. + Oversee strategic development and implementation for the Data Solutions vertical in Taiwan. + Provide market-specific intelligence and feedback on products and services to management. + Keep superiors informed about significant developments, situations, and decisions requiring approval. + Perform additional duties as assigned. + Ensure that Salesforce (SFDC) is consistently updated with accurate and current information, including customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client solutions. qualifications and experience + University Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering + 10 years working experience in Data Solutions. + Previously worked in teams and a good team player + Willing to traveling for business trip or take up regional role if the role expands.
