Responsibilities The Opportunity Leading with insights and data tools, to influence business agendas through impactful story telling, and critical connecting dots mindset. Leading the transformation of data of traditional trade channel, leveraging all the purchased market and shopper tools (Nielsen Retail Index, ScanTT, Kantar, Frogtek and ad-hoc studies) into valuable insights and recommendations that add value to the business and facilitate the decision making, impacting agendas such as: strategic deep dive, revenue management, marketing, demand acceleration, customer engagement, data driven insights. Your Impact As Sales Insights Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of: Lead the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and provide valuable insights into customer needs and behaviors. Market research master. Responsible for follow up on shopper and market trends into convincing business transformational agendas Connecting tools, digitization agenda to improve executions and performance by using (i.e.Nielsen, Kantar, Frogtek) at the POS Oversee the gathering, analysis, interpretation and presentation of consumer, market, and business data to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, to accelerate demand and SOM. Collaborate by recommendations based on channel business questions by using all market data information, with sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Catman and other key departments to ensure insights are integrated into business planning and decision-making processes. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations, showcasing insights and key findings to senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate the daily business activities including but not limited to administrative activities, contact with agencies Ad hoc studies and Traditional trade teams interactions Coordinate the execution of actions plans coming from the analysis of different sources of information as KWP, Nielsen, Frogtek Ilacad, Euromonitor, etc Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? • Bachelor’s degree (International Business, Marketing, Administration and or Industrial Engineer) • 1-2 years of consumer/shopper insights experience/regions, channels and customer experience/ knowledge, development and management of Ad-Hoc methodologies, technical know how in intelligence data such as Nielsen, kantar, Euromonitor, Frogtek • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Strategic thinking capabilities • Experience with database management; proficiency in Nielsen, Excel • Strong collaborative skills • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities • Conversational english • Effective presentation skills • Ability to innovate If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
