About the role:
You will develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement content strategies that equip our teams to effectively market payments to sales prospects in the software payments ecosystem. You'll create and maintain compelling content that drive measurable business outcomes while ensuring our sales narrative remains consistent with company messaging and produces measurable outcomes in the sales funnel. You will be a thinker and a doer - producing high-quality materials for various demand channels (one pagers, decks, sales sequences, etc). You will have experience handling multiple priorities and should possess excellent writing skills, editorial judgment, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content tied closely to our value prop. We’re looking for someone with the ability to balance creative thinking with business KPIs while creating clear and concise messaging to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of content strategy experience with demonstrated leadership in B2B technology marketing, preferably in payments or fintech, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution capabilities to drive meaningful business impact in coordination with demand gen, content strategy, sales, and go-to-market.

You’ll help drive sales content fueling our demand efforts.

What you will be doing:
Partner with new Dir of Sales Enablement to create sales plays by segment, vertical, and high priority product initiativesPartner with PMM and marketing to streamline sales toolkits to ensure consistent bill of goods for every project launch across segmentsUtilize value proposition and marketing messages to create compelling sales messaging that resonates with a software audienceTranslate complex payment technology concepts into clear, engaging content that sales teams can effectively communicateCraft content plans specifically designed to support sales teams in driving partner activation and product adoptionBalance strategic thinking with hands-on creation of sales-focused materialsProduce high-quality sales materials including battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive intelligence documentsCreate targeted content packages for specific partner audiences that address unique pain points and opportunitiesBuild sales scripts, talk tracks, and guided selling tools that streamline the sales processOngoing refinement of front book materials e.g. single-seller deck, one sheets, etcPartner with content strategy, sales, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to identify critical content needsCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in all sales materialsCoordinate approvals and incorporate feedback from sales teams and leadershipCommunicate project progress and results to key stakeholdersSupport field sales with customized content for specific partner engagement opportunitiesImplement content calendars and ensure timely delivery of sales enablement materialsOrganize and manage sales content workflows from conception to executionMaintain a consistent brand voice across all partner-facing sales communicationsIdentify opportunities to repurpose successful content for different sales scenariosEstablish and maintain an accessible content library that sales teams can easily navigateEstablish consistent feedback loops across sales and enablementAlign content strategy with sales KPIs and demonstrate measurable impact on revenue goalsOptimize content based on usage data and sales team inputPrioritize content initiatives based on business impact and demonstrated sales needsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree — preferably Marketing, Business Management, PR, Communications, Journalism5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing, partner marketing or related fieldUnderstanding of partner relationships in a B2B environmentStrong project management skillsStrong negotiation and prioritization skillsExcellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skillsExperience developing and implementing sales enablement contentComfortable jumping in where needed and working independently and efficiently to collaborate across teamsAble to efficiently problem-solve as neededProficiency in Microsoft programs, project management systemsPreferred Qualifications
Experience in payments industry is a plusUnderstanding of software payments, PayFac-as-a-service, PayFac and/or financial technology, industry trends, and funding developmentsExperience working with copywriting, design, production, and field/digital/content/product marketing teamsUnderstanding on how to use brand messaging, product marketing, and campaign messagesEfficiently prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentInnovative problem-solving abilityPrivacy Statement
