Global Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be contact person for analyzing and interpreting financial data and supporting the budget and forecast process within the Sales Organisation.This position is based in Eggelsberg, Austria.•\tAct as a financial business partner to the Sales Organization by supporting strategic decision-making through robust business planning, forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term), and close collaboration with Controlling and Finance teams in subsidiaries.•\tConduct high-quality financial analysis and reporting — including profitability, margin, cost analysis, and sales data trends—to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.•\tDrive modernization of financial processes and tools to ensure transparent, reliable data and insights, including customer analytics, sales reporting, network planning, forecasting, and pipeline monitoring.•\tDesign and deliver clear, impactful reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or related field\tMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in Controlling within an international company (preferable in an B2B industry)\tStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\tExcellent communication and collaboration skills\tProficiency in Microsoft tools, financial analysis tools and ERP systems e.g. SAP (CO-PA), experience with Power BI would be an advantage\tFluent in Englisch, proficiency in German preferred\tInterest to work in an international environment
