Role Overview This role is responsible for supporting the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Sales team with general sales and promotional administration, reporting and execution support. Key duties include field sales communication and tasks coordination at national and state levels as well as supporting field sales. Responsibilities Supporting Key Account Managers in daily business Budget, accruals, PO and invoice tracking, deviations consultation with Key Account Management Invoice processing Rebate management (setting up rebates/processing payments) Checking payments in Mybuy/SAP Entering promotions & volume planning in SAP Master data maintenance (prices/discounts/customer data) Managing payments in-kind and delivery of free goods Claims management (handling late/incomplete orders and other order-related disputes) Master data management/setup Managing contract administration Data analysis & reporting activities Managing account administration, customer queries (not covered by Customer Service) Performing other administrative ad hoc requests Qualifications Business experience (2-5 years) Bachelors or Master’s degree in commerce/business administration/marketing is a plus High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutions Ability to build robust and successful working relationships Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Very good organisation and prioritisation skills Proactivness, responsive and results driven The ‘Internal Reporting Procedure’ for making reports of violations of the law and taking follow-up action in terms of the Law on Whistleblower Protection of June 14, 2024 is available at www.pepsicopoland.com under the Contact/Career tab
