For NBG Pay, we are currently seeking a competent and experienced Sales Data Analyst & Support, who will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. This position combines robust data analysis with strategic sales support to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities. You'll be instrumental in mining sales information, visualizing trends, and crafting compelling presentations that directly influence sales strategy and help the team achieve their goals. Utilizing tools like SQL and Google Data Studio, you'll uncover critical insights into customer behavior and sales patterns. About the Role
Unlock data insights: Proactively explore customer trends, sales performance, and market data using SQL. Develop and maintain meaningful data visualizations in Google Data Studio (and potentially Tableau or other BI software) to illustrate key findings.
Identify performance drivers: Analyze sales metrics, identify root causes of performance fluctuations, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
Support continuous improvement: Help maintain and streamline sales documentation and reporting processes, focusing on data accuracy and efficiency.
Build BI proficiency: Continuously develop your knowledge of BI tools, sales cycle phases, and the broader payments industry, becoming a go-to expert for sales data.
Prepare and deliver data-driven sales presentations in an effective and professional manner, translating complex data into understandable narratives.
Maintain the company's current awareness of market activities, government regulations, and industry trends, providing insights on their potential impact on sales.
Craft, design, and provide sales and information quotations for customers, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing through data validation.
Qualify customer leads and disseminate to field sales appropriately, leveraging data to prioritize high-potential prospects.
Analyze customer feedback and sales-related issues to identify systemic problems and propose data-backed solutions, generally providing real-time support for sales inquiries.

About you
University Degree: Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a STEM field. A Master's in a relevant area is a bonus.
0 - 2 years of work experience as a Sales Analyst & Support. Experience in industries like Technology, Payments, Fintech, or Telco will be considered a plus
Passion for data analysis: Curiosity about uncovering patterns and using data to tell compelling stories.
Technology-savvy
Foundation in tools: Basic understanding of SQL and willingness to dive deeper into Google Data Studio. Familiarity with Tableau or other BI software is a plus.
Communication and teamwork: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with both sales teams and technical colleagues.
Initiative and drive: Self-starter mentality, eagerness to learn, and the desire to tackle problems.
Fluency in Greek and English: Excellent written and spoken skills in both languages.
