Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

**Your responsibilities**
• Create and manage reporting and track key business metrics including but not limited to weekly/monthly POS and business reporting vs targets, tracking daily/weekly shipments, Nielsen category/item performance, share tracking, retail price audits, ecommerce performance & contribution, promotional, distribution and new item tracking
• Actively pursue “real time” Clorox and competitive insights at retail to identify AAA (Assortment, Availability and Activation) strategies, as well as assist their customer teams in identifying business opportunities for assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving.
• Complete weekly customer & category reviews and category/business deep dives as required.
• Complete post-promotional analyses and recommendations to team, track and evaluate special events including Omni/Digital activations.
• Summarize ongoing performance of the account team's key business initiatives, communicating results back to the team. Scorecard performance to date, and recommended actions to fix or improve.
• Assist in the development of insights based and storytelling customer / internal presentations.
• Able to provide high level impactful summaries that are critical to the business, being able to take data and create a presentation that is easy to understand, dissect, and implement.
• Support account team with ad hoc business requirements and analytics as required.
• Presenting the analysis to key stakeholders.
• Monitor the baseline/promotional volume in Exceedra to ensure accuracy and integrity.
**The experience we're looking for**
+ University Degree required: Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience.
+ Good working knowledge of Ecom fundamentals.
+ Sales Analyst capacity in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry related to selling relationships with National and/or Regional Accounts.
+ Experience conducting formal business case studies is considered valuable.
+ Presenting the analysis to key stakeholders.
+ This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
