We are seeking an **Sailpoint Specialist** with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ Identity Management and Governance. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our applications. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Lead the implementation and maintenance of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure robust identity management and governance. + Oversee the integration of identity management systems with various applications and platforms. + Provide technical expertise in the design and development of identity management workflows and processes. + Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. + Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes and procedures. + Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management systems. + Implement best practices for identity governance and administration to enhance security posture. + Provide training and support to end-users on identity management tools and processes. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity management and security. + Participate in the development of security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. + Assist in the evaluation and selection of new identity management tools and technologies. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of security practices and processes. **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:** + Extensive experience in implementing and managing Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions. + Strong knowledge of identity management and governance principles. + Solid understanding of security assessment and audit processes. + Proficiency in integrating identity management systems with various applications. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in identity management and security. **CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** + Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) + Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
