Safety Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Safety Technician** at our **Tipton IN** site. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. This role will be on-site at the Corteva location. **What You’ll Do:** + Help implement Safety programs, including developing exciting, fresh, and engaging training content. + Ensure that the safety practices at the site are adequate and applied to achieve safety performance goals. + Provide coaching for safety related tasks and activities. + Assist, conduct and document investigations of incidents and ensure follow up actions to prevent re-occurrences are addressed. + Perform audits and self-assessments on safety standards and programs, including safe work permit reviews, isolation of energy reviews, elevated work reviews, etc. + Conduct safety walks to ensure that safety standards and safe work practices are being followed through observation and interaction.
