We’re looking for a Commercial Routing Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing route engineering solutions across Latin America. If you love working with data, solving complex problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you! What You’ll Do As a Commercial Routing Analyst, you will: ✅ Design and optimize route engineering solutions using Territory Planner based on requests from Business Units (BUs). ✅ Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Route Design Managers (RDMs), Service Request (SR) Coordinators, and Project Managers, to refine and implement solutions. ✅ Analyze field performance and adjust routing strategies to improve efficiency. ✅ Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business goals. ✅ Support process improvements to enhance strategic routing and operational efficiency. ✅ Work alongside a team of experts to share knowledge and develop best practices. Qualifications What You Bring ✔️ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1–4 years of experience in a data-driven or operations-focused role. ✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Territory Planner, database tools, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Acrobat, SharePoint, MS Access, and other analytical tools. ✔️ Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. ✔️ Business Acumen: Understanding of key business drivers and operational efficiency principles. ✔️ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (professional level required). ✔️ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
