Essential Responsibilities
Review of daily alerts produced by the filters and rules applied in the risk systems.
Leverage third party tools to enable a more robust review of daily alerts.
Effective follow up and resolution of cases to include timely release of funds when warranted.
Provide recommendations for updates to the current controls based on daily review of alerts.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to minimize risk and loss attributed to high risk processing.
Support other Risk teams as needed.
Educate stakeholders of the risks of not making fraud enhancements.
Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
Fluent English speaker and writer.
AA degree / BA degree or equivalent work experience
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Results and execution focused with an emphasis on analytical and logical problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Self-starter, expected to work both individually and in a team environment
Industry related work experience
Strong understanding and experience with credit card operations
