Provides advanced administrative and analytical support to division/corporate reward teams.
Accountabilities:
Provides administrative support on reward related initiatives and programs.Analyzes compensation data and market trends to ensure the division's pay and benefits packages remain competitive.Does proactive data audits to ensure high reward data integrity and surfaces recommended corrections to reward partner.Addresses routine reward inquiries through myHR case management, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure clarity and understanding.Provides overflow support to reward operations during busy cyclical activities.Proactively identifies process improvement opportunities, documents and implements solutions.Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
