The Retail Channel Planning Executive/Lead will develop strategic planning for total retail, seamlessly integrating offline programs and innovative digital trade executions.
· Be part of the development, execution and monitoring of cycle-based trade programs and promotions (offline and online), ensuring alignment with business objectives and accurate monitoring of KPIs.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare post-cycle analyses and integrate insights into future planning.
· Manage Third Party Resource, if necessary to be outsourced for the execution of Wholesale initiatives.
· Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) campaigns, programs (e.g. digital retail incentive) and promotions (e.g. unique pack code) in Appwards, including content strategy, asset development, and publishing.
· Utilize digital platforms' features and functionalities to enhance retailer engagement and brand visibility.
· Work closely with Brand, Digital, CE Activations, and Trade Deployment teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
· Monitor campaign KPIs and content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Utilize data analytics to assess ROI and make informed decisions for future initiatives.
· Ensure operational adherence to budget by monitoring and reporting on actuals and to-spend. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize the impact of trade programs and digital campaigns.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Strategic Planning & Analytical Thinking - Ability to develop data-driven strategies and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making.
· Analytics and Data - Strong proficiency in data platforms and analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Snowflake) and Microsoft Excel
· Digital Marketing Expertise - Proficiency in Digital Marketing platforms and content management systems (e.g. Salesforce)
· Project management Skills - Strong organizational Skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration - Experience in working with diverse teams across functions to achieve common goals and drive business results.
· Communication & Presentation Skills - Effective verbal and written Communication Skills to articulate strategies, present findings, and influence stakeholders.
