Honeywell has an opportunity for a Retail, Strategic Vertical and Voice Senior Key Account Manager. This position is responsible for driving growth and business results for Automatic\nIdentification and Data Capture (AIDC) products and Voice Guided Work Solutions\nin the Sub-Saharan Africa region reporting directly to the PSS Sub-Saharan\nAfrica Sales Manager.

The role will be responsible for ensuring key end-users\ncoverage in Retail and\nother strategic verticals and Voice Guided Work Solutions Sales in the territory,\nstrategic planning, customer engagement development, expanding key customer\nbase and supporting channel partners in end-user engagements to grow sales of Honeywell\nportfolio - Barcode Scanners, Label Printers, Mobile Computers, RFID, Voice\nGuided Work and Software enablement tools in line with our objectives with the\nhighest standard of integrity and consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance:

Deliver\n the Revenue along with development of key customers and vertical sales\n activities for the region.Establish\n an MOS to feed into management reporting, increase customer base and\n customer loyalty, identify areas of risk with mitigation plans and provide\n input to the other functions to help deliver a better Customer Experience.Use SFDC\n as a CRM tool to report, monitor and drive growth of market share in key\n market verticals.Drive\n New Product Introduction to address unmet customer needs and product gaps\n to win in the marketplace.Ensure executive\n sponsorship for select Strategic and Growth Customers.Accurate\n forecast of orders and growth opportunities fed into operations team.

Business Relationships:

Able to\n build relationships with the Executive Team of our key Customers and\n Channel Partners and able to successfully present proposals at this level.Leverage\n relationships with the customers in support of local sales strategies.Help\n provide VOC (Voice of Customer) input for future product developments.Partner\n with marketing to translate strategy into deployment plans.

Sales Process:

Provide\n coordination of sales activities and manage resources to maximize results\n from identified sales opportunities.Ensure\n approved sales processes are followed.Drive sales\n with unquestionable integrity and consistency.Responsible\n for sharing of best practices across the sales team.Train\n channel sales teams and coordinate with Honeywell META pre-sales teams to\n offer best technical solutions for end-user opportunities.

Customers:

Customer\n value management and pricing: Analysis of market dynamics and value chain\n proposition to target defined customer segments.Facilitate\n competitive strategy planning with PSS leadership and functional teams.Develop\n relationships with existing and potential new key customers and channel\n partners.Network\n effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships\n with clients and business contacts.Identify\n opportunities in the market and work on these opportunities with selected\n channel partners.You Must HaveMinimum 3\n years’ experience in a sales role of IT (telecom, network, infrastructure,\n cybersecurity, software) or AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data\n Capture) products and solutions.Track\n record in driving consistent growth capturing market share.Bachelor’s\n degree in business or a technical discipline.
