**Description:** The Reservationist's primary responsibilities include responding to inquiries about services, prices, schedules, and general information; making reservations for customers and updating booking records as needed; communicating with customers about their bookings, including any changes, cancellations, or confirmations; handling customer complaints and escalating them to management when necessary; maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our services, schedules, and pricing; working with other team members to ensure smooth operations; and preparing regular reports on booking trends and customer feedback. **Pay Hrly Range: $26.00-31.00** **Qualifications:** + Prior experience as a Reservationist or in a similar role, such as Customer Service Representative + Strong communication and customer service skills + Proficiency in reservation management software and other relevant computer applications + Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities + Ability to handle stress and stay organized in a busy environment + High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or a related field is a plus **Primary Location:** US-NY-New York City **Organization:** Park Hyatt New York **Pay Basis:** Hourly **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Front Office **Req ID:** NEW014124 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
