\nA Reservation Coordinator ensures an efficient operation of the in-house reservations department and the selling of guest rooms while accommodating guest needs and maximizing revenue. He/ she also ensures dedication to the conversion of all room sales enquiries through excellent customer service and efficient use of the reservations system. In particular a Reservation Coordinator contributes to the maximization of Revenue with the Brand Standards and policies and procedures of this hotel and Hilton.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n· Delivers exceptional products and services to customers, with an emphasis on consistency, flexibility, and customer satisfaction.
\n· Participating in a positive and engaging work environment, working with a sales-focused mindset to maximize revenue, and accurately processing reservations.
\n· The role also involves maintaining records, resolving queries, and adhering to hotel selling strategies, particularly in relation to pricing and promotions.
\n· Team members are expected to actively promote Hilton’s loyalty program, deliver high standards of customer service, and work collaboratively with other departments.
\n· Additionally, the role requires involvement in training, skill development, and maintaining accurate guest information.
\n· Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, and team members should aim to meet revenue targets, ensure operational efficiency, and assist with other hotel operations as needed.
\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Reservation Coordinator serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
\n· Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
\n· Outstanding administration and organizational skills
\n· Good command of written and spoken English
\n· Highly professional in telephone manner and excellent communication skills
\n· Ability to work independently
\n· Positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service
\n· Vocational training in related field, preferred
\n· Previous experience in a reservations environment, preferred
