Representative - Customer Service

As a Representative - Customer Service(Warehouse), you will respond to internal inquiries by e-mail to provide Material Management responsibilities. Resolve primarily routine and occasionally complex, non-routine issues, and communicate solutions and information to Project Managers. Analyze customer service requirements to deliver effective Materials Management solutions.

Responsibilities:

Support customer base by managing materials(Lighting and Switchgear) within our warehouse facility Processing shipping and handling of the Materials in the warehouse based on customer needs. Investigate and resolve material discrepancies while effectively communicating with Project Managers

Qualifications:

High School Degree or Equivalent required Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred 2-4 years of relevant experience Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Able to work well under pressure Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Computer literate, including effective working skills of Microsoft Suite  Marinating confidentiality
