**About the role**
Regional Imex Planning Capability Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role within supply chain process by assessing respective processes for opportunities for continual improvement and standardisation, and taking the ownership for the Demand and Supply Planning process area within supply chain planning, providing both process and tech best practice. S/He is responsible for the capability build/upskilling of planners within the region of their responsibility. The individual works with the regional market planning teams in order to provide a standard of process execution and maximum efficiency.
**Your responsibilities**
**You will…**
+ Collaborate closely with IMEX planners to provide guidance, training, monitor process execution
+ Engage with cross-functional teams to align IMEX planning processes with overall supply chain goals
+ Support the global team in establishing global SOPs for the markets in alignment with Regional Senior Leadership
+ Execute the implementation of the SOPs within the region and measure the adoption of it, while governing process exceptions based on business needs
+ Track and define the continuous improvement agenda for the regions in scope on planning processes
+ Work with IT and system experts to configure and optimize planning tools
+ Become a business representative in the process of defining priorities for system and process enhancements by collecting needs, assesing business cases and supporting the implementation
+ Help the business achieve the service, inventory and Supply chain losses KPIs by monitoring process adherence and advising on how to improve

+ Solid knowledge of end to end supply chain processes(connecting Demand, Supply and S&OP), ability to understand and explain complex issues/datasets + propose solutions
+ Ability to challenge constructively and confidently
+ Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers.
+ Good understanding of ERP/Supply & demand planning software(SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, JDA, OMP, O9,)
+ Good understanding of sales forecasting and/or order fulfillment processes and its challenges
+ Fluent spoken & written English
+ 3-5 years demand/supply planning experience
+ Desired skills: presentation, communication, influencing, stakeholder management.
