Regional HR Continuous Improvement Manager
**Geographical Scope:** NL, Belgium and Poland cluster **Place of work** : Hybrid, Open for the location Working closely with the regional Continuous Improvement (RCIL) EU lead, the RCIL network, the CoE HR Effectiveness, the GES HR team and the global Continuous Improvement director, this role is responsible for continuously enhancing our global HR operating model, with a focus on both global & local processes as well as overall Employee Experience to maximize efficiency, agility and user adoption across the HR Function, People Managers and Employees in the Region. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key Responsibilities** 1.Process Adoption, Standardization, Change Management (Global Processes) + Lead the implementation of the HR operating model and lead initiatives to continuously refine the HR operating model along with global standard processes and systems across the regions. + Conduct ongoing activities in communication, change management, and training to support the continuous enhancement and alignment with global standard processes and systems. + Monitor and proactively improve user adoption and best practices within the region, ensuring sustained compliance with global standard processes and systems. + Represent the HR region in the evolution of global processes and systems, balancing regional needs with the goal of maximizing process standardization, while proposing necessary adjustments when local compliance requirements are at risk. + Drive the ongoing standardization of local documentation, practices, and ways of working to align with global objectives. 2.Process Design, Monitoring & Ownership (Local Processes) + Lead the design and implementation of local processes in collaboration with HR Regional teams, global Continuous Improvement Director, and HR Effectiveness. + Monitor and report on the performance of local process execution within the Region. Propose and deploy corrective actions when needed. + Act as the Process Owner for local processes such as Local Benefits, Payroll, Time Management, and Local Onboarding, if applicable. 3.HR Regional Operating, Legal matters & Continuous Improvement + Regularly assess transactional activities and FTEs retained in the region, identifying opportunities to automate, transfer to GES HR, or discontinue, in order to drive ongoing improvements in regional HR effectiveness. + Conduct impact assessments, review change requests, and support the smooth transition of activities to GES HR. + Actively represent the region in the Continuous Improvement Forums (e.g., Service Delivery Network) to address challenges, propose improvements, share best practices while also training users on process enhancements, automation, and data-related improvements. + Perform communication, change management support, and coordinate training as needed to facilitate updates in processes, systems, new workflows, and adjustments to the operating model. + Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and other applicable laws, while also ensuring that all local internal controls are in place. 4.Training, Service Desk Support, Local Knowledge base + Oversee Regional onboarding for HR newcomers (manage access, provide systems training, present the HR operating model, and explain ways of working…). + Conduct regular refresher training sessions for the Regional HR community on PeopleNow, HR processes and tools and how to work with GES HR internal and external. + Review typical questions received by the GES HR Service Desk, assess support/training needs, and ensure the chatbot is updated and capable of answering all questions regarding local /regional processes & systems. + Support in any Carve Out or M&A activities in the Region from a HR system and process assessment point of view and design/lead implementation plan when needed. 5.Regional Coordination and Support (governance, issue resolution, data quality & project support) + Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within the region coordinating effectively with Regional HR Heads, global Continuous Improvement Director, HR Country Leads, HR Regional BPs, GES HR & HR Effectiveness. + Participate in quarterly governance meetings on SLAs & KPIs with GES HR to review performance, share feedback & improvement ideas, address issues and share performance with regional HR stakeholders. + Act as the escalation contact for issue resolution as per the agreed escalation path. + Provide leadership and guidance in resolving issues within the region efficiently, ensuring swift and effective solutions. + Assess and triage issues within the region to determine whether they stem from genuine problems or process/system misinterpretations, taking swift corrective actions with the relevant local teams. + Support projects and initiatives from GES HR, HRE, HR Regions & Countries ensuring efficient collaboration and execution. + Oversee quality assurance initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency in HR data and processes within the region, collaborating with the GES HR (internal or not) to address data quality issues and implement corrective measures. **We bring** + A team that is passionate about working together with each other and our customers in our pursuit of excellence. + A One Team approach where we openly learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future. + A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally. + A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity, an open mindset, ownership and teamwork. + A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome. **You bring** + Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. + 5-7+ years of experience in process/continuous improvement, project management, or operational excellence. + Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose structured solutions. + Leadership & Influence – Ability to drive change and gain stakeholder buy-in. + Communication & Facilitation – Clear reporting, ability to lead workshops and trainings. + Collaboration & Teamwork – Works effectively with cross-functional teams and all organizational levels. + Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to manage resistance and overcome project obstacles. **Our recruitment process** Are you interested in this role?
