Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
**Recruiter with German**
**Poznan, Poland**
**Your responsibilities:**
+ Supporting various recruiting activities to find the best candidates for John Deere. You will focus on filling different internal positions, including interns, entry-level jobs, and senior roles, mainly in the German market.
+ Performing a wide range of administrative tasks like creating job postings, distributing candidate files, creating recruitment reports
+ Collaborating closely with functional units to understand their hiring needs, ensuring fair and efficient hiring practices that match the specific requirements of each department.
+ Taking part in exciting global projects that aim to improve the recruitment process across Europe, contributing to new strategies that enhance our talent acquisition efforts
+ Providing timely and accurate information and reports, effectively managing data and keeping our systems updated to support informed decision-making.
+ Supporting Continuous Improvement of the Talent Acquisition processes
**Our requirements:**
+ Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in any other European language will be a plus
+ Fluency in Polish is mandatory
+ Strong teamwork skills. Being able to work well with others and share ideas will contribute to our overall success
+ A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. You should be able to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and manage their expectations
+ An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving
+ Recruiting experience including knowledge of interviewing tools and techniques will be a plus
