We are currently looking for an intern to start at the beginning of June, for a period of 6 months.

Forming part of the Front Office Team, the duties include;

\n\nWelcoming guests to the hotel and ensuring an enjoyable and hassle free stay;\nMaximising revenue through Rooms and Food&Drink up selling whilst managing other related targets set by the department;\nHandling guest comments and queries and exceeding their expectations;\nGeneral Front Office duties.\n

To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow:

\n\nAbility to work in a team;\nExcellent attention to detail;\nPositive attitude.\n\n

Languages:

\n\nHigh level of the English Language; both written and spoken;\nKnowledge of other languages would be considered an asset.\n\n
