Key responsabilities:

· Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, both in person and over the phone.

· Check in and check out.

· Offer personalised concierge services and local recommendations for attractions and activities.

· Handle billing, invoicing, and cash reconciliation during your shift.

· Allocate rooms according to reservations received, as well as guests preferences.

· Receive complaints and/or comments from all guests and ensure that they are resolved as soon as possible.

· Coordinate with the head of reception and other departments for the smooth running of the hotel.

· Support in various tasks and activities within the reception team.

· To duly comply with all the procedures and policies set by the company.
