Innovate with locally relavant taste profiles and formats in beverage category.

Key responsibilities Development of commercially viable beverage solutions (syrups, sweet sauces) for foodservice from brief to launch based on robust formulation, application and processes that meets relevant local regulatory requirments Demonstrate robust technical understanding of a variety of flavours and functional systems Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to develop integrated beverage solutions Maintain flexibility to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy. Deep understanding of beverage processing techniques and nutritional value calculations. Exceptional sensory skills to define and differentiate flavour profiles in short timelines. Ability to work on RTD and RTM formats at different concentration levels.  Optimally use Kerry’s taste portfolio and work closely with taste creation team to win in beverage end use market. Work with customers and suppliers to develop innovative solutions and resolve technical problems leading to the formation of strong technical relationships. Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Regulatory teams to develop integrated, innovative and market relevant solutions. Support innovation for new product development and identify new business opportunities to meet customer and consumer needs in Turkiye & CIS market.  Has a good understanding of operational systems to fulfill RD&A responsibility in product scale ups and commercialisation. Qualifications and skills Minimum Bachelors/Masters Degree in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry or a related Applied Science Minimum of 6 years' experience working in applications / scientist roles in beverage application including processing experience.  Prior experience of developing a variety of solutions within Beverage applications (non negotiable). Raw material knowledge and ingredient functionality, Sensory evaluation skills. Technical and functional excellence in laboratory, pilot plant and factory environment. Demonstrate a strong initiative and a hands on approach, ability to prioritise  Demonstrate personal accountability, collaborative approach, Open minded, self starter and ownership of actions to completion  Excellent ability to communicate effectively  Innovation and Creativity Customer engagement Experience dealing with markets in Turkiye & CIS is highly desirable
