1.Create a high quality training material and deliver an engaging/effective training sessions tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of the audience.
2.Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
Improvement : 1.Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs through pre and post training assessment,surveys and performance metrics to enhance training delivery and content.
Collaboration
