You will also have access to our R&D Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation. **About the role** The Stability Expert Group are accountable for the highly efficient delivery of pivotal stability studies and associated data for our product shelf-life assignment and dossier registrations. Based in the busy fast paced analytical laboratory, which is designed for up to 175 analysts providing expert analytical support in the delivery of world-class innovation and continued maintenance of company health brands. Utilising modern technology and capabilities you will support the delivery of effective future proof data to support our product shelf-life assignments and dossier registrations Reporting to the R&D Stability Senior Associate, the R&D Stability Associate is responsible for the generation, review, and reporting of stability data for their specialised team. **Your responsibilities** - Prioritise your workload to ensure an effective delivery of the stability trials with a focus on ensuring trials are completed, reviewed, and reported in an efficient manner in line with agreed timelines. - 100% laboratory based focusing on Analytical Testing - Maintain appropriate Health and safety, Regulatory, Data Integrity and cGMP compliance. Contribute to compliance e.g., input into OOT/OOS investigations in partnership with Stability Senior Associate, Category colleagues and Quality - Perform other required testing e.g., E&L - Contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement across your team. - Daily, fast-paced problem solving - Contributing to simplification of ways of working, maintaining compliance but recognising business specificities when required - Maintain audit readiness, contributing to audits as required - Coach and mentor assistants and/or apprentices within the Stability Expert team - Working on brands across the Reckitt portfolio which will include Gaviscon & Local Heroes as well as the opportunity to work on Nurofen, Mucinex and other pain brands **The experience we're looking for** - Degree in a relevant scientific (typically chemistry, life-sciences, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences,) - Experience of working within a Laboratory environment (ideally GMP) - Experience of stability/product development, including direct experience of conducting stability studies. - Experience of using HPLC & Wet Technique - A practical scientific person, who enjoys being hands on and developing products and processes - Understanding of regulatory, cGMP and Health and Safety - Proactive, Resilient and Motivated - Skilled in terms of innovation and problem solving - Good communication skills - Drive and Motivation to work within a fast paced role managing multiple projects **The skills for success** R&D, Product Lifecycle Management, Commercial Awareness, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Collaborator, Ability to challenge the status quo, Propose improvement, Accountability, Adaptability, Analytical, Formulation, Science, Chemistry. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
