R&D\nManager

R&D Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing a team\nof talented engineers and scientists, providing technical expertise in areas\nlike materials and polymer science in industrial, electronics,\nnew energy, thermal, etc.  overseeing the development of groundbreaking\nsolutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and Honeywell's\nquality protocols. You will report directly to our APAC R&D Leader.

In this role, you will impact the development of innovative solutions, driving\nthe R&D projects from concept to commercialization. You will work with\ncross-functional teams, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contribute\nto the successful delivery of cutting-edge technologies.

YOU MUST HAVE

    •   10+\nyears of experience guiding research and development projects within a\ntechnology or manufacturing environment
    •   Strong technical background in areas such as materials science, polymer\nscience, chemical engineering, etc.
    •   Proven track record of technical guidance and project management

    •   Master degree or advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering,\nPhysics, or another related field
