We are a dedicated team focused on maintaining process and product compliance. Our department is committed to ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement in all aspects of our work.

What You'll Do:

Oversee department inspectors and other personnel.Maintain and adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage for project work.Schedule and conduct regular process audits.Review and evaluate audit findings to ensure compliance with standards.Provide training to employees on Work Instructions (WI) and processes.Ensure that all training documentation is completed, submitted, and properly filed.Analyze nonconformance records to determine the root cause of issues.Develop and implement corrective actions based on audit results and root cause analyses.Create and manage corrective action plans related to process audits and nonconformance issues.Act as a liaison with department supervisors to address and resolve issues related to training and process compliance.Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding process improvements and compliance issues.Prepare and present a Monthly Action Report to communicate project status and progress.Highlight key metrics, issues, and resolutions in the report.

What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.3 to 6 months related experience and/or training preferred but not required.Ability to lift 20-50 lbs.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (blueprints).Understanding of all measurement equipment used in the department (caliper, micrometers, protractor, tape measure, etc.) while using basic math skills.Ability to maintain quality standards.Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.Effective communication skills.Computer proficiency.Working knowledge of specific software, such as Microsoft Office.
