This position is responsible for developing and implementing action plans based on audit findings, as well as serving as the primary liaison for public health inspections and visits from regulatory or auditing institutions.

What will I be doing?
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\nBe an expert in all aspects of the brand, ensuring that hotel guests feel comfortable with their warm experience and with the operational terms.
\n\n\nConduct inspections in all areas of the hotel to identify opportunities for improvement, correct and report findings, and carry out training sessions or operational practice drills.
\n\n\nEnsure that presentations reflect increased guest confidence in the brand’s quality, offering solutions in response to any failure to meet standards.
\n\n\nIdentify and promptly report to the Security department, Human Resources Management, or the appropriate authority any unsafe conditions or behaviors that deviate from sustainability, safety, and occupational health policies.
\n\n\nEnsure the implementation of the necessary standards to comply with brand quality requirements.
\n\n\nOperational and administrative management of Quality Assurance (QA) audits.
\n\n\nComprehensive management of Hilton brand standards.
\n\n\nOperational and administrative management of Cristal and AAA certifications.
\n\n\nMonitoring and follow-up on service standards.
